The UP 200

This past weekend we ate pizza for at least one meal.

On a less important note, we also drove to Marquette, MI to watch the start of the UP 200. This 2-3 day dog sled race is a qualifier for the famous Iditarod Race. The city closes off its main streets as the initial part of the race is through the city. Here is a video of one of the many teams. We are always amazed at how tiny these dogs are! There is so much energy in the air and the dogs just feed off it (perhaps that is what THEY had for lunch)

(Notice how the musher almost takes out part of the crowd at the end of the video...)

Ever since I read Balto, I've wanted to see a dog-sled race.

So a house even closer to us just went on the market. You know you want it.
